THIS ACCIDENT WAS NOT REPORTED TO FOREMAN OR OFFICE UNTIL TODAY 7-27-89. HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO UNLODGE A ROCK THAT WOULD NOT FALL THRU THE GRID OF THE JAW CRUSHER. HE WAS USING A STEEL BAR IN T HIS ATTEMPT. HE FELT HIS BACK "POP".
