INATTENTION WHILE WORKING WITH OVERHEAD HOISTING EQUIPMENT - PARTNER PULLED SANDLINE WEIGHT ON EQUIPMENT & ROPE SOCKET FELL SHORT DISTANCE & HIT EMPLOYEE'S FOOT. SHOULD HAVE RETURNED TO WORK N EXT DAY BUT CONDITION WAS EXASPERATED BY DIABETIC CONDITION & ASSOCIATED POOR CIRCULATION IN FOOT.
