Spotter was looking at dump truck load to determine dump location. The spotter's foot slipped and elbow hit trailer. The pit foreman took to the hospital for evaluation. The doctor determined that elbow was dislocated but no bones were broken. Patient was transferred to Baylor hospital for evaluation by an orthopedic doctor.

A dump truck driver - not employed by Crouch Sand & Gravel - parked in the parking area. Got out to pick up ticket and tarp truck. Hand slipped on handle & person fell. We saw the person on ground and called 911. Ambulance took person to hospital. Got 13 staples for cut on head and was released.
