Grimmett Brothers Inc · Struck against a moving object

Employee was dressing stockpile edges with a Caterpillar 962H front-end loader when he drove across a deep wash in the road next to the stockpile, causing the operator's seat to bottom out jarring his back and causing minor discomfort at the time. Over the weekend discomfort and pain increased to the point he decided to see his chiropractor on Monday 5/6/13.
