Cowboy Construction · Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

Employee was making repairs/adjustments to conveyor belt attached to rock crusher. After completion, unit was turned on to check operation. Employee attempted to make final adjustments/knock mud off unit while running. Left arm was caught by pulleys; arm broken & hand deeply lacerated. Pressure was applied to wound, & employee was taken to Scenic Mountain Medical Center ER.
