Employee wasn't feeling well went to car and tried to leave other employee stopped EE to check on EE. figured out EE was having a heart attack pulled EE out Checked Vitals found no pulse and started CPR on EE. Employee called 911 and MSHA. EMS Arrived on location. and took EE to the hospital.

Mechanic was working on CAT365 to repair lines. Lifted bucket to make sure lines did not kink and bucket lost pressure and swung and hit mechanic in back knocking EE down.
