Employee was stemming holes from a skid steer bucket with a shovel. The operator of the skid steer asked the employee to hand them something and as the operator reached to take it EE's elbow bumped the controls causing the bucket to drop. The employee's foot was pinned underneath the bucket and the employee felt a lot of pain.

Employee was attempting to dislodge a large piece of limestone material that had hung up in a corner of the rock crusher using a large pry bar when the material/rock shifted and smashed the pry bar up against the steel with EE's left hand being caught in between crushing EE's left pinky which resulted in the amputation of approximately 50% of the left pinky finger
