Red Dome Inc · Struck against a moving object

Driver asked for a short shift for some personal time, he was in a hurry, he geared up to cross the flat and instead of slowing down and then gearing down, he took it out of gear and was pressing hard to place it in a lower gear while he was going down the hill. He hit the brakes, but not enough distance to stop. He hit protective berm which stopped truck.

With a hand shovel, and not wearing gloves, ee scouped up a shovel full and swung forward and with his bare right hand hit a piece of metal, slicing the skin requiring 5 stitches.
