EE WAS WALKING OVER TO WATER PUMP TO TURN ON WATER, HE TRIPPED ON A STICK OR ROOT. HE FELL LANDING ON BOTH KNEES, AND RIGHT ELBOW

AA WAS REMOVING A TROUGH THAT IS USED TO SEND WATER AWAY FROM THE PLANT. HE AND TWO OTHER EE'S MADE ACCESS TO A WOODEN PLATFORM THAT SUSPENDED UNDERNEATH THE TROUGH, THE BASE OF PLATFORM WAS APPROX 27' FROM THE GROUND. WHEN EE'S TOOK THE TROUGH OFF ITS MOUNTING HARDWARE THE END OF PLATFORM BROKE. HE FELL TO THE GROUND LANDING ON HIS SIDE.
