EE LOST BALANCE AS SHE WAS TURNING TO GET INTO CAB OF LOADER. WHEN SHE REACHED FOR LADDER, SHE CAUGHT HER FINGER BETWEEN LADDER AND STEP GRATE AND GOT HUNG UP ON LADDER.
