Employee was clearing a jam on the thin stone saw. Employee did not lock out machine when opening the door. Employee used the belt and leverage to try to free the caught stone and caught glove behind stone and pulled hand between belt and non-operating blade.

Employee was moving a rock on the conveyor, when employee lost control of rock and pinched finger between rock and conveyor roll. The result was a cut to right hand index finger and a clean break also.
