AFTER SHOVELING OUT TAIL PULLEY, EE WAS WALKING UNDER AN OVERHEAD CONVEYOR WHEN A ROCK CAME OFF THE OVERHEAD CONVEYOR & STRUCK THE EE IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD AT THE BASE OF HIS HEAD UP TO 3" ABOVE THE NAPE OF HIS NECK.
