EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A SPOT BOLT ON LEFT CORNER OF #4 ENTRY. WHEN HE LET THE ATRS DOWN A PIECE OF ROCK FELL OFF OF THE ATRS AND STRUCK HIM ON THE TOP OF HIS HARD HAT. HE WAS HURTING ON HIS NECK.

Mine electrician was traveling underground when he found the fall. Two others went to check fall. It stopped falling at 10:40 a.m.
