EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A SPOT BOLT ON LEFT CORNER OF #4 ENTRY. WHEN HE LET THE ATRS DOWN A PIECE OF ROCK FELL OFF OF THE ATRS AND STRUCK HIM ON THE TOP OF HIS HARD HAT. HE WAS HURTING ON HIS NECK.
