EMPLOYEE WORKED ALL DAY BUILDING A HIGHWALL SAFETY SCREEN. IN ORDER TO PERFORM THIS JOB HE HAD TO DO A LOT OF LIGHT LIFTING AND BENDING OVER TO WELD PARTS TOGETHER, AND THIS RESULTED IN A STRA IN TO THE LOWER BACK.
EE WAS GETTING OUT OF A BACK DUMP TRUCK & DIDN\T PLACE HIS FOOT SECURLEY IN THE BOTTOM CHAIN STEP & HE SLIPPED LOOSING HIS 3 POINTS CONTACT WITH THE LADDER & COULD NOT REGAIN HIS BALANCE & F ELL RESULTING IN A BROKEN ANKLE.
