Konen Rock Crushing Inc · Over-exertion in lifting objects

Driller departed from his safe lifting technique training and simultaneously lifted & twisted. This twisting motion resulted in the "tweak" of his back that was ultimately medically diagnosed as a back strain & muscle spasm.
