EE was climbing on grout sand pile pulling weeds when the sand pile caved in causing the EE to fall both legs were covered in sand and his left knee was twisted in fall.

There was no specific accident date. Employee's spouse called 7/22/10 regarding chiropractic coverage w/Kaiser. Received fax 7/23/10 regarding employee not being able to work. Dr. requests LLabor & Industries coverage on 7/27/10. L & I accepts claim on 7/29/10. We protested claim on 8/16/10 due to unknown injury date.
