EE was climbing on grout sand pile pulling weeds when the sand pile caved in causing the EE to fall both legs were covered in sand and his left knee was twisted in fall.

Dr. requests LLabor & Industries coverage on 7/27/10. L & I accepts claim on 7/29/10. We protested claim on 8/16/10 due to unknown injury date.
