CONVEYER SET SCREW WAS HITTING GUARD. EE WAS POINTING OUT THE LOCATION TO ANOTHER CO-WORKER WHEN HIS GLOVED HAND WAS PULLED INTO THE MOVING MACHINERY. TIP OF HIS POINTER FINGER WAS PARTIALLY SEVERED.
