Cleaning Cone w/harness on, used shovel for support and it broke, EE fell onto railing onto EE's face and EE's sunglasses cut eye cheek and EE broke EE's nose.

Employee was climbing down the ladder on the loader; he bumped his elbow on the ladder. He continued working and let us know about it as an FYI. On Thursday afternoon he re-bumped his elbow. As of Thursday evening he was just staying home to rest it. Friday, turns out, his elbow had an infection underneath skin. There was no broken skin from either elbow bump.
An experienced miner of 28 years was operating a feed loader digging shot rock from the bank to feed the crusher. Approx. 7:30 am he struck a hard spot in the bank and the loader came to a sudden stop. He experienced a sharp pain in his lower back, and he could not move his legs without a lot of pain.
