Struck against stationary object

EE was removing the screen cloth from the top deck of the screenbox it was stuck so they tugged on it and their right index finger struck the frame of the screenbox, causing a open wound cut, no stitches.

He was running to shut off feeder on breaker; while on his way he stepped wrong and hurt his left knee. He continued working that day. Oct 31, he came to work and realized that he needed to have a doctor look at his knee. Doctor told him to take it easy over the weekend and let the swelling go down while using crutches, and follow up with him on Monday, Nov 3rd.

LOOKING FOR AN AIR LEAK BY THE AIR DRYER ON A LOADER. HAD ANOTHER MAN START THE LOADER TO BUILD UP AIR PRESSURE TO SEE WHAT HAD TO BE RE- PAIRED. THE TOP OF THE AIR DRYER BLEW OFF, CAUSING INJURY TO THE HEAD. HARDHAT WAS BEING WORN AT THE TIME OF INJURY. 6 STITCHES TO THE FOREHEAD CAUSED FROM THE HARDHAT.

Struck by falling object

EMPLOYEE OPERATING BREAKER WITH JAW, CRUSHING BIG AND HEAVY PIECES OF BLACKTOP, PIECES BECAME ENTANGLED, USED WEDGE AND CHAIN AND HANDLE AT OTHER END OF CHAIN. BOTH HANDS ON WEDGE HANDLE, AS L OWERING IT UNDER THE ENTANGLED PIECES TO KNOCK THEM LOOSE. WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE ENTANGLED PIECES LET LOOSE AND FELL ON THE WEDGE, KNOCKING IT OUT CAUSING INJURY TO SHOULDER.
