EE was replacing the flexco's on conveyor belt when rust fell into his eye.

Two employees were switching out screens when one employee pushed up and the other pulled up. Injured's wrist got caught between the screen and the screen rail.

Employee reported that he was attempting to use a pry bar to dislodge frozen chunk material from the chute of the bin. This activity apparently resultng in shoulder pain.

EE USE A PRY BAR ON CONVEYOR BELT OF THE IMPACT CRUSHER. THE PRY BAR SLIPPED OFF RESULTING IN SMASHED FINGERS AND STRAINED SHOULDER.
