Employee turned to go up stairs and caught toe which in turn twisted knee.

Employee strained right AC joint helping others move a heavy motor to a forklift.

Employee caught toe on a frozen rock surface near the railroad tracks and tripped. Knee was injured when the employee fell. Required stitches to close the wound.

Employee was pulling on a storage rack railing when it came loose striking the employee in the mouth which resulted in a cracked tooth.

The employee mis-stepped and in the process of correcting his walking twisted his back.

The employee was opening rail cars bottom hopper doors with a bar. When done he came back to his office and sat down he felt pain in the lower lumbar area of his back. The next day he had numbness in his left upper thigh.

Employee was walking in the parking lot from her car to the office when she slipped on a patch of ice and fell to her knee causing it to be bruised and eventually swollen. Weather conditions were a contributing factor due to frigid temps. No property damage.

The employee was reaching up to apply a hand brake to a railcar and felt a sharp pain in his shoulder as he tightened the hand brake. Note: This injury was not reported to site management until 08/05/2013.
