The employee was opening rail cars bottom hopper doors with a bar. When done he came back to his office and sat down he felt pain in the lower lumbar area of his back. The next day he had numbness in his left upper thigh.

Employee was walking in the parking lot from her car to the office when she slipped on a patch of ice and fell to her knee causing it to be bruised and eventually swollen. Weather conditions were a contributing factor due to frigid temps. No property damage.
