Digging out crusher, was kneeling and knee went out. He put knee in place and continued working. His initial Dr. Exam was on 12/11/06. He continued working until 2/27/07 when he had surgery on knee.

EE CLIMBED ONTO BUMPER, REACHED FOR BATTERY OVER THE TAIL GATE, WHILE LIFTING ABOUT A 25-30 LB BATTERY CHARGER, PULLED A BACK MUSCLE & FELL ON THE GROUND ABOUT 30", 2 1/2 FEET. TOOK HIM INTO THE HOSPITAL & WAS TOLD HE PULLED A MUSCLE.
