2 M Construction Inc · Struck against a moving object

Employee was operating skid steer on bench, backed up next to berm, highwall under the berm sloughed off causing the skid steer and operator to fall backwards off highwall. Skid steer landed on roof, operator was able to self rescue. Operator stated that EE had pain in EE's back and was taken to the local hospital for evaluation/medical treatment.

Employee was attempting to release a locking mechanism for bucket attachment when bucket fell on employees leg. The bucket edge caused a cut on the side of the employees leg requiring stitches.
