THE CREW STARTED AT 700 AM. ALL EMPLOYEE WERE WORKING ON A BELT LINE ON SURFACE. AT APPROX 800 AM THE FAN WAS STARTED BECAUSE MEN WERE GOING TO GO UP THE BELT. AT THIS TIME SMOKE WAS DETECT ED. AT THIS TIME WE GET OUT TO FIND ORIGIN OF SMOKE. FOUND SMOKE COMING OUT FROM UNDER #1 BELT TAILPIECES. WATER LINE WAS RUN AND AREA WAS CLEARIN APP 1/2 HR FIRE WAS OUT.
