NOSE GUARD HYD. CYL. RETAINING PEN CAME OUT. INJURED WAS LINING PEN UP WITH HOLE. HE TOLD OPERATOR TO PULL CYL. BACK A LITTLE. WHEN OPERATOR PULLED CYL. BACK IT CAUGHT INJURED'S RIGHT HAND CUT TING HIM BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND FINGER REQUIRING 6 STITCHES.

EE WAS REPLACING BROKEN LATCH PIN IN AUGER SECTION. WHENB HE ROLLED AUGER SECTION OVER TO REPLACE LATCH PIN HE HIT A STACK OF AUGER SECTIONS CAUSING ONE TO ROLL OFF STACK & MASH LEFT THUMB. SM ALL FRACTURE AND 4 STITCHES.
