Removing Bull Wheel Bolts on Jaw Crusher, employee swung sledge hammer to hit wrench that a second employee was holding. Hammer deflected off of the wheel and hit the second employee's left little finger.

MINER WAS ASSISTING FOREMAN TO REMOVE PIECE OF IRON FROM BEING STUCK IN THE CONE. MINER'S LITTLE FINGER ON RIGHT HAND WAS PINCHED BETWEEN PIECE OF IRON AND THE CONE. POSSIBLE FRACTURE.

ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE OVERSIZE ROCK FROM JAW. HE LOWERED A RIPPING TOOTH INTO JAW TO BUMP IT LOSE. THE TEETH BECAME WEDGED BETWEEN ROCK AD PITTMAN. THE ROCK BROKE JABAMY WAS HIT IN THE NOSE BY A PIECE OF FLY ROCK.
