Slip and fall was at the base of a small pile of dirt and rock. When turning to face a new direction a loose rock moved and EE fell injuring EE's elbow.

SLIPPED ON SMALL HILL, FEET SLIPPED, EE FELL ON BUTTOCKS. NECK PAIN THAT EVENING WHICH PERSISTED.
