EMPLOYEE WAS RUNNING ACROSS QUARRY FLOOR TO STOPA PLUGGED MACHINE AND STEPPED ON A TENNIS BALL SIZED ROCK, INJURING HIS LEFT FOOT. WHEN THE INJURY BECAME MORE PAINFUL, MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS SO UGHT.
