EE WAS UNDER THE TRUCK ATTACHING CHAINS TO THE TRUCK WHICH IN TURN WOULD BE ATTACHED TO THE LOADER BUCKET. LOADER TRAVELING DOWN INCLINE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO STOP. EE TRIED TO GET OUT FROM UN DER THE TRUCK BUT WAS UNABLE TO IN TIME. TRUCK PUSHED THE TRUCK WITH EE UNDERNEATH FOR APPROX 12'.
