SETTING WHEEL UNIT ON CAT 992C WHEEL LOADER WITH A BOOM TRUCK. INJURED WAS ALIGNING THE WHEEL UNIT WITH THE STUDS ON 992C LOADER. WHEEL UNIT SLIPPED ONTO THE STUDS BEFORE INJURED COULD MOVE RIGHT THUMB. HIS RIGHT THUMB WAS CRUSHED BY WHEEL UNIT.
