Employee was measuring a boulder, while navigating through the area employee was stepping up on boulders to see the shape, they felt pain in left groin area. Employee returned to work with restrictions, no lost time, no lost wages

Employee was holding pendant with left hand, using right hand to wedge head of the boom on the rock buggy so it wouldn't damage unit over the weekend. Head of boom smashed finger while employee was using pendant to let it rest on the wedge. Laceration right index finger, sutures. No lost time.
Employee was working on quarry drill chain tension, pulling downward on chain to get out slack, when chain broke. Right arm bicep popped and muscle pain started with difficulty moving arm. No lost time. Prescription administered. Modified duty being accommodated.

After breaking stone, employee walked in behind standing roughback to retrieve a wedge. They started walking out and roughback opened up and fell towards them, trapping their lower right leg/ankle underneath. Treated and released to modified duty, no lost time.
Employee was installing metal pins on excavator bucket, left hand was on bucket, pin was resting on piece of wood. Removed wood piece, pin dropped unexpectedly, crushing tip of left middle finger. Medical treatment sought, sutures applied, returned to work. No lost time, no lost wages.

Employee was prying a part granite vertical slab with pry bar, attempting to place a wooden wedge between the slabs, when the pry bar slipped, rapidly closing slab back up, pinching tip of left index finger, causing loss of nail. No lost time.

Employee was operating derrick, applying brake of boom to keep load in control. Could feel pressure under knee cap, right knee got swollen. Employee continued to work, knee cap continued to bother him so he saw doctor on August 7th, released no restrictions, returned to work, no lost time. However, was given a prescription for medication.
