EMPLOYEE WAS TOLD BY THE FOREMAN SEVERAL TIMES WHEN HE ASK IF HE COULD WELD AND WAS TOLD BY THE FOREMAN NO, NOT TO TOUCH THE WELDER. HE WAS HIRED JUST AS A LABOR TO JUST WATCH THE BATCH PLANT TO GET ANY STICKS OR DEBRIS OR TO SHOVEL OUT THESAND THATS ALL.
