EE STATES: HE WAS IN A KNEELING POSITON UNDER THE BARMAC BELT CLEANING OUT MATERIAL THAT HAD FALLEN THROUGH A HOLE IN THE BELT. THE FALLEN MATERIAL HAD PILED UNDER THE BELT (TAIL PULLEY) AND H AD TO BE REMOVED. WHILE DIGGING THE MATERIAL OUTWITH A SHOVEL, IT STRUCK THE BELT THIS ACTION CAUSED ME TO MOVE/BACK AWAY FROM THE BELT." HE FURTHER STATED HE RESUMED SHOVELING & AFTER SEVERA
