INJURED WALKED UP FROM OUTSIDE AND APPROACHED RIGHT FRONT TIRE TO CHECK TIRE PRESSURE WITH PRESSURE GUAGE TO SEE IF AIR LOSS HAD OCCURED FROM THE AIR UP, AT THE BEGINNING WITH 80 POUNDS OF PRE SSURE. AT THIS TIME THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE BLEW OUT WITHOUT ANY FURTHER WORK OR ANYTHING FROM EIGHTER EMPLOYEE. TIRE ONLY BLEW OUT, WALLS AND BOTTOM, OR TREAT SECTION OF TIRE BLEW OUT ONLY.

BOTH WAS IN PROCESS OF WORKING ON THE RT FRONT TIRE OF THIS LOADER LOADER HAD A SLOW LEAK IN RT FRONT TIRE THEY HAD REMOVED TIRE & INSTALLED RINGS ON BOTH SIDES OF THIS TIRE TO TRY & CORRECT T HE AIR LEAK TIRE HAD BEEN PUT BACK ON LOADER & AIR HAS BEEN PUT IN THE TIRE UP TO 80POUNDS THEN I NAME HAD LOADED THREE TRUCKS WITH SHALE AFTER LOADING THE THREE TRUCKS LOADER HAD BEEN STOPPE
