INJURED WAS CLEANING OUT A DRAINAGE TRENCH AT THE MILL.HE HAD NOT THOROUGHLY CLEANED HIS RUBBER BOOTS AND SOME DIESEL FULE RESIDUE MADE THEN SLIPPERY.HE SLIPPED AND FELL BACKWARDS HITTING HIS NECK ON A 6 INCH PVC PIPELINE.
