EE REMOVED HIS SAFETY GLASSES AFTER WELDING & GRINDING ON A LOADER BUCKET. HE WAS RELACING THE BUCKET TEETH BY D-RING IN ROLL PINS WITH HAMMER. WHEN A PIECE OF WLEDING SLAG STRUCK HIM IN T HE EYE. METAL HAD TO BE REMOVED FROM HIS EYE SURGICALLY.
