FROZEN DIRT AND ROCK CAVED IN FROM THE BANK ABOVE THE SHOVEL AND STRUCK THE CAB AREA OF THE SHOVEL. PARTS OF THE CAB THEN CAVED INWARDS CRUSING THE OPERATORS FINGERS ON THE LEVERS AND BRUSING HIS LEG.
