Unknown- According to Subject, started feeling sick walking on flat surface to slight down hill grade surface. A short time later subject reported to foreman they were feeling ill and wanted to go to the hospital. at that time a call was made for medical personnel to meet at the St. Johns Fire Dept. Once at the F.D. EMS transported subject to hospital.

Miner got out of equipment to smoke a cigarette, and when returning to backhoe he tripped over the out rigger and fell on his left shoulder
