EE WAS TRAVELING DOWN THE RAMP, UNLOADED AND STOPPED SO A LOADER COULD REPAIR A SOFT SPOT IN THE ROAD. WHEN HE CONTINUED DOWN THE RAM, RE NEGLECTED TO PLACE THE TRUCK IN GEAR AND GAINED SPEED RAPIDLY AND REPEATEDLY SLID THE TIRES TRYING TO STOP AND FAILING TO DO SO, STEERED INTO THE HIGHWALL.

THE INJURED EE STOPPED TO ASSIST ANOTHER EE WITH THE BELT ON A WATER PUMP. THE INJURED EE REACHED DOWN TO CHECK THE TENSION ON THE BELT. ANOTHER EE PRESSED THE STARTER BUTTON RESULTING IN THE VICTIM TO LOOSE THE TIP OF HIS LEFT INDEX FINGERIMMEDIATELY.
