EMPLOYEE WAS IN CRUSHER, TRYING TO GET A HUNG ROCK OUT WITH A WEDGE WHEN THE ROCK CAME OUT CAUSING THE WEDGE TO COME UP AND HIT HIM IN THE HEAD OVER LEFT EYE, KNOCKING THE EMPLOYEE OUT. SINCE EMPLOYEE WAS KNOCKED OUT, HE WAS TRANSPORTED BY AMBULANCE TO HOSPITAL WHERE THEY X=RAYED SKULL AND DID CAT SCAN FINDING NO SERIOUS INJURIES.

HE WAS CLEANING THE OIL DISTRIBUTOR WITH A STEAM CLEANER. ALTHOUGH HE WAS WEARING SAFETY GLASSES, THE PRESSURE FROM THE CLEANER KNOCKED THE GLASSES OFF AND CLEANER WENT IN HIS EYES.
