EE WAS DRIVING TANDEM DUMP TRUCK LOADED WITH COAL ON HAUL ROAD OF STRIP JOB. WHILE DRIVING, TRUCK STARTED SLIDING AS IT HAD RECENTLY RAINED. DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF TRUCK AS IT SLID IN & OUT OF DITCH ON SIDE OF ROAD & TRUCK TURNED OVER ONTO ITS SIDE.
