54736YEE WAS WALKING ACROSS CATWALK,SUFFERED A SEIZURE BLACKED OUT AND FELL,STRIKING HIS ELBOW ON CONVEYOR SCREEN.EMPLOYEE SUFFERED 1 INCH LACERATION ON ELBOW.WHEN REVIVED EMPLOYEE SAID HE WAS 06201ND REFUSED TO BE TAKEN TO DOCTOR.THE AUGER WAS NOT IN OPERATION AT TIME OF ACCIDENT.
