THE EE WAS ASSISTING THE FOREMAN CLEAN ROCKS FROM THE CONVEYOR BELT & TAIL PULLEY BENEATH THE CRUSHER. AFTER CLEANING OUT DEBRIS THE FOREMAN TOLD EE HE WAS GOING TO TRY THE BELT. [THEY WERE US ING A START-STOP METHOD TO CHECK IT]. THE EE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THE FOREMAN WOULD BE STARTING THE EQUIPMENT. HE SAW SOME DEBRIS ON THE BELT & TRACHED IN TO CLEAR IT & WAS PULLED IN.
