Wet screen threw a belt; belt & guard were replaced.3rd time belt started to come off. Stopped & locked out screen but centric stopped on the top. EE reached into grab the belt and the centric moved pulling his (L)hand into the belt. EE grabbed the belt with his (R)hand to release his (L) and the centric moved again grabbing his (R)middle finger & ring finger.
