Employee experienced a diabetic emergency after being found to on the ground, unconscious and unresponsive. Employee has a known history of Type-1 diabetes. Local mine EMS was notified and employee was prepped for transport to a local hospital where employee was evaluated, treated, and released without restriction.
Employee was helping to get a blade unstuck and when it slid in mud and jarred their back.

Employee was opening a valve, and the valve lever broke causing the employee to fall to the ground. Employee was seen at Aspen quick care in Spring Creek, NV. X-Rays revealed that the employee had a fractured coccyx. the employee was released to full duty and will return to work on next scheduled shift, June 15th.

Employee was operating a scraper on the west Vantage dump when the vehicle struck a pothole or rut, jarred the operator's lower back. There was no equipment damage and the back sprain was minor but requiring an unspecified amount of restricted duty days.

While sliding drill bit basket on drill deck, caught hand between basket and handrail.

Employee was walking across the Luxe Ready Line when EE tripped on a rock and clump of mud.
Dismounting haul truck, slipped and fell. Injuring right leg. Upon further medical evaluation, resulting in hair-line fracture of right fibula.
Exiting locker connex, employee stepped into a small hole, rolling their left ankle.
Drill pattern had been filled in had a snow event. Snow covered a dip where employee could not see a hole stepped in it and fell injuring right ankle.
Employee was exiting van when they slipped on running board and fell to ground. Injured their right leg, resulting in fractures to the right leg.
