EMPLOYEE WAS BRAKING DOWN DRILL RIG TO MOVE DRILL. MUD TUB IS PULLED ONTO RIG WITH DRILL WINCH CONTROLLED BY CLUTCH AND HAND BRAKE. HAND BRAKE SLIPPED CAUSING MUD TUB TO FALL ON EMPLOYEE, CAUS ING LACERATION TO HEAD.
