Chemical burn to feet, lime solution 8%. Safety gear provided not used ie. rubber boots. Third degree burns in areas of the feet. Antibiotic (cephalexin) and, (Oxycodine) pain killer were prescribed. Has not been released to come to work at this time.

While working underground lifting timbers and twisting at the same time caused some lower back pain and an injury to the rihgt hip area.
