EE WAS OPERATING A LOADER. HE TURNED TO LOOK BEHIND HIM WHEN THE LOADER HIT A BUMP & JOLTED HIM.THE JOLT AFFECTED THE SKULL SOCKET & THE FIRST FEW VERTEBRATE OF THE SPLINE CAUSING INFLAMMATION
